Grijp je kans en maak impact als onze nieuwe inkoopadviseur! - 32-36 uur per week - € 4.360,- tot € 5.733,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur), conform schaal I cao woondiensten. Graag gaan we in gesprek voor een passend voorstel. Ben jij een ervaren inkoper met affiniteit voor aanbestedingen én ambitie om je vak verder te verdiepen? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap. Bij Vidomes werk je vanuit een centrale inkooprol aan trajecten met maatschappelijke waarde. Je combineert hands-on uitvoering met de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen richting tactisch en strategisch advies binnen een professioneel en betrokken team. Dit ga je doen Je begeleidt inkooptrajecten van A tot Z: van marktverkenning tot contractering. Binnen de woningcorporatiesector zijn er verschillende domeinen - zoals het facilitair domein, vastgoed, sociaal en wonen - waarin wij inkooptrajecten uitvoeren. Vidomes werkt met een centrale inkoopkalender met minimaal 20+ trajecten per jaar, en binnen het Vastgoeddomein loopt daarnaast nog een veelvoud aan projecten. Denk hierbij aan het selecteren van een nieuwe liftpartner voor alle Vidomes-complexen, het inkopen van energie voor onze huurders, schoonmaakdiensten, camerabewaking, software, groenonderhoud en kantoormeubilair. In deze dynamische functie werk je nauw samen met het inkoop- en contractmanagementteam én met contracteigenaren. Samen heronderhandel je contracten en verbeter je bestaande afspraken. Daarnaast voer je (meervoudige en Europese) aanbestedingen uit, herijk je contracten en leveranciersafspraken, en analyseer je markt- en kostendynamiek. Ook draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van formats, templates en het inkoopbeleid. Je leert strategisch schakelen op het snijvlak van inhoud, organisatie en beleid. Vanuit de centrale ink...
