Dit ga jij doen In de rol van inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van (Europese) aanbestedingen en denk je mee en adviseer je collega’s binnen het CAK over inkoopvraagstukken. Met een team van inhoudelijke deskundigen werk je aan uiteenlopende aanbestedingen, van meervoudig onderhands tot Europees. Die aanbestedingen variëren van de schoonmaak tot aan incasso- en deurwaardersdiensten en van kantoorartikelen tot aan de aanschaf van ICT-systemen. Daarbij breng je het belang van inkoop aan het voetlicht, bedenk je oplossingen op maat die leiden tot succesvolle inkoop. Bij je advisering vertaal je het beleid naar de dagelijkse inkooppraktijk en weet je vanuit je expertise te adviseren op rechtmatigheid, maar houd je ook de doelmatigheid in het oog. Je brengt zaken in beweging en kunt moeiteloos schakelen in beïnvloedingsstijlen om je doel te bereiken. Gezamenlijk pakken we werkzaamheden op om het inkoopproces verder te verbeteren, zoals het (door)ontwikkelen van formats, het doorvoeren van duurzaamheid in de inkooptrajecten, of het trainen van collega’s op inkoop en aanbesteden. Team: Als inkoopadviseur maak je onderdeel uit van het team Inkoop & Contractmanagement binnen het domein People & Workplace. Het team Inkoop & Contractmanagement bestaat uit vijf Inkoopadviseurs (van junior tot senior), één Inkoopmedewerker/contractbeheerder en vier Contractmanagers. Het team wordt geleid door de Manager Inkoop & Contractmanagement. Daarnaast wordt er momenteel gewerkt aan het opzetten van leveranciersmanagement binnen het CAK. De inkoopadviseurs werken nauw samen met elkaar maar ook met de contractmanagers en interne klanten. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om met nieuwe ideeën te komen of bestaande processen samen te verbeteren.
