We hebben een enthousiast team met inkoop, en contractmanagement en -beheer en willen de volgende stap zetten in kwaliteit, professionalisering en samenwerking. Als inkoopadviseur leidt je inkooptrajecten en zorgt daarbij voor kwaliteit, samenhang en overzicht in een dynamische omgeving met diverse stakeholders. Daarnaast combineert deze rol inhoudelijke diepgang met grip op kwaliteit en verbeterkracht. Je werkt niet alleen aan de uitvoering van trajecten, maar denkt ook actief mee over hoe processen slimmer, effectiever en toekomstbestendig kunnen worden ingericht. Zo draag je direct bij aan de ontwikkeling van de organisatie én aan de verdere versterking van het vakgebied. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt (Europese) aanbestedingen, voornamelijk binnen het fysieke domein en bedrijfsvoering en bent sparringpartner voor collega's. - Werk samen met je collega inkopers waarmee je zorgt voor de positionering van het team binnen de gemeente. - bewaakt de kwaliteit en eenduidigheid van inkooptrajecten; - adviseert interne opdrachtgevers over inkoopstrategieën, aanbestedingsrechtelijke vraagstukken en marktbenadering; - signaleert ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en vertaalt deze naar de praktijk; - draagt bij aan het verbeteren en verder professionaliseren van onze inkoopprocessen; - houdt samen met het team overzicht op de aanbestedingsplanning, prioriteiten en voortgang; - werkt nauw samen met contractmanagement en zorgt voor een goede verbinding ...
