Voor een overheidsorganisatie in de regio Zuid-Holland zoekt Grippr Procurement een Inkoopadviseur Bouw & Aanbestedingen. De inzet is 16 uur per week.

In deze opdracht begeleid en adviseer je bij verschillende aanbestedingen binnen bouwkundige en huisvestingsprojecten. Je denkt mee over de aanbestedingsstrategie, marktbenadering, contractvormen en passende selectie- en gunningscriteria. Daarbij werk je samen met onder andere projectleiding, architecten en technische adviseurs en toets je aanbestedingsstukken op inkooptechnische en aanbestedingsrechtelijke aandachtspunten. Ook lever je een bijdrage aan het vertalen van duurzaamheids- en circulariteitsambities naar concrete en haalbare eisen en wensen.

Je krijgt een zelfstandige adviesrol waarin je inhoudelijke expertise direct bijdraagt aan professioneel en toekomstgericht inkopen.

Functie-eisen: Profiel:

• Je hebt ervaring met inkoop en aanbestedingen binnen bouwkundige werken; • Je bent bekend met zowel meervoudig onderhandse als Europese aanbestedingen; • Je hebt ervaring met het adviseren over aanbestedingsstrategieën, contractvormen en risicobeheersing; • Je hebt affiniteit met duurzaamheid, circulariteit en CO₂-reductie binnen bouw- of vastgoedprojecten; • Het is een pre als je ervaring hebt met vastgoed-, huisvestings- of renovatieprojecten;.
