Je zorgt voor een gestructureerd en rechtmatig verloop van de procedures en levert directe toegevoegde waarde voor de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt en voert aanbestedingen uit, adviseert betrokken stakeholders en bewaakt planning en kwaliteit zodat het inkoopteam zich kan richten op de doorontwikkeling van de inkoopfunctie. Kerntaken - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van meervoudig onderhandse en Europese aanbestedingen; - Toezien op naleving van het interne inkoop- en aanbestedingsbeleid; - Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de operationeel inkopers (8) binnen de organisatie en begeleiding van hen; - <strong() Adviseren gevraagd en ongevraagd op het gebied van inkoop/aanbesteden en zorgen voor duidelijke informatievoorziening; - Adviseren van managers, teamleiders, budgethouders en collega's bij het uitvoeren of uitbesteden van (Europese) aanbestedingen. Werkomgeving en rol De werkzaamheden maken integraal onderdeel uit van de reguliere bedrijfsvoering en worden uitgevoerd binnen de bestaande organisatiestructuur. Je maakt deel uit van het team, neemt deel aan interne overleggen en werkt onder dagelijkse aansturing van de verantwoordelijke manager. Vanwege het belang van continuïteit en nauwe samenwerking met interne stakeholders is dit een structurele rol met volledige inbedding in de organisatie.
