Ben jij servicegericht, hands-on en sterk in prioriteiten stellen? Heb je ervaring met inkoop- en contractmanagement en wil je bijdragen aan verdere professionalisering? Wat ga je doen? Je adviseert, begeleidt en ondersteunt bij inkoop- en contractprocessen en zorgt ervoor dat deze zorgvuldig en efficiënt verlopen. Daarbij draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren van onze inkoop- en contractprocessen. En verder: - Je begeleidt de aanbestedingen (enkel-, meervoudig onderhands of Europese trajecten); - Je begeleidt de organisatie van contractbeheer naar contractmanagement om het maximale rendement uit gesloten contracten te halen en de rechtmatigheid te bewaken; - Daarbij geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd adviezen aan het management en aan de vakinhoudelijke teams over de strategie en de begeleiding van een inkooptraject; - Je bewaakt, je organiseert en professionaliseert de inkoopprocessen en implementeert het contractmanagement; - Je stelt contracten op en controleert de inhoud van contracten; - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de inkopen en de contracten, en onderhoudt de relatie met de diverse opdrachtnemers over de gemaakte contractuele afspraken; - Je bent de schakel tussen de diverse stakeholders voor zowel intern als extern; - Je adviseert ten aanzien van contractafspraken en je hebt tijdig je adviezen paraat voor (aanpassingen van) nieuwe contracten middels een inkooptraject of een procedure; - Je bent in staat om het inkoop- en contractmanagement door te ontwikkelen volgens de laatste trend...
