Voor een overheidsorganisatie in Drenthe zoekt Grippr Procurement een Inkoopadviseur Gemeentelijke Aanbestedingen. De inzet is 32 uur per week.

Je neemt lopende aanbestedingen over en begeleidt daarnaast nieuwe meervoudig onderhandse en Europese aanbestedingstrajecten binnen verschillende vakgebieden. Je organiseert het volledige proces, stemt af met interne belanghebbenden en zorgt dat besluiten en documenten tijdig en zorgvuldig tot stand komen. Daarbij houd je overzicht over meerdere trajecten en zorg je voor een goede overdracht en borging van kennis. Je werkt nauw samen met het bestaande inkoopteam en draagt bij aan een betrouwbare uitvoering van de gemeentelijke inkoopagenda.

Een mooie opdracht voor een ervaren inkoopadviseur die graag snel instapt en direct resultaat levert.

Functie-eisen: Profiel

• Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau. • Je hebt in de afgelopen vijf jaar minimaal drie jaar ervaring opgedaan als inkoopadviseur bij een gemeente. • Je hebt minimaal tien meervoudig onderhandse en Europese aanbestedingen afgerond. • Je hebt ervaring met het overnemen en zorgvuldig overdragen van lopende aanbestedingstrajecten. • Je hebt het liefst vijf jaar of meer gemeentelijke inkoopervaring en een trackrecord van minimaal twintig afgeronde aanbestedingen.
