Als inkoopmanager geef je leiding aan drie collega's en zorg je samen met hen voor een goed georganiseerde en professionele inkoopafdeling. Daarnaast ben je zelf actief met strategische en operationele inkooptaken. Je krijgt de ruimte om de inkoop verder te ontwikkelen en tegelijkertijd dicht bij de praktijk te blijven. Bij Brink werk je aan technische projecten die wereldwijd worden ingezet. We ontwikkelen en bouwen spuitgietmatrijzen en automatiseringsoplossingen voor uiteenlopende industrieën. Daarbij hebben we veel kennis en disciplines in eigen huis. Van engineering en productie tot assemblage en testen. Dat vraagt om een inkoopafdeling die verder kijkt dan alleen prijs en levertijd. Je geeft leiding aan drie collega's, verdeelt het werk, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor je team en helpt collega's om zich verder te ontwikkelen. De combinatie van leidinggeven en zelf inhoudelijk bezig zijn maakt deze functie afwisselend. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de koers van de afdeling, maar ziet ook dagelijks wat er in de praktijk gebeurt en kunt daar direct op inspelen. Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in inkoop en weet hoe je een team op een duidelijke en prettige manier aanstuurt.
