Wat kan je verwachten? Wat ga je doen? Als Inkoopmedewerker bij Jan van As ben jij dagelijks bezig met de inkoop van vis, schaal- en schelpdieren. Jij houdt contact met nationale en internationale leveranciers, volgt de markt en zorgt dat ons assortiment vers, gevarieerd en duurzaam blijft. Je koopt live in via digitale veilingen, onderhandelt over prijs en kwaliteit en schakelt veel met verkoop, logistiek en kwaliteitscontrole.
