Inkoopmedewerker Groen Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je hoeft hier niet binnen te stappen als ervaren inkoper. Met een uitgebreid inwerkprogramma leer je het assortiment, de systemen en de manier van werken goed kennen. Je sluit aan bij een ervaren inkoopteam van zeven collega's die hun kennis van de boomkwekerij graag met je delen. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap tot een volwaardig Inkoopmedewerker Groen. Je werkt binnen een betrokken familiebedrijf waar vakmanschap, samenwerken en kennis delen centraal staan. - Een salaris tussen €3.000 en €3.800 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring. - 25 vakantiedagen én twee weken doorbetaalde kerstsluiting. - Een laptop en telefoon. - Een pensioenregeling via BPL. - Een fulltime dienstverband van 40 uur volgens de cao Open Teelten. Functieomschrijving Als Inkoopmedewerker Groen leer je alles over de inkoop van heesters, vaste planten en andere beplanting voor groenprojecten in heel Europa. Je hoeft nog niet alle ins en outs van het vak te kennen: ervaren collega's nemen je mee in het assortiment, de markt en het contact met kwekers. Jouw kennis van groen geeft je daarbij een goede basis. - Je onderhoudt contact met bestaande kwekers en leert hoe je nieuwe leveranciers vindt en relaties opbouwt. - Samen met ervaren collega's koop je beplanting in voor directe levering, op afroep of via langlopende teeltcontracten. - Gaandeweg leer je onderhandelen over prijzen, voorwaarden en leverafspraken. - Door ontwikkelingen in assortiment, seizoenen en de markt te volgen, vergroot je continu je product- en vakkennis. - Tijdens het afleverseizoen help je ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste planten op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je gaat werken bij een professioneel familiebedrijf dat sinds 1951 actief is in de boomkwekerijsector. Met circa 120 hectare teeltoppervlak, twee productielocaties en ongeveer 100 medewerkers levert de organisatie duizenden soorten beplanting aan onder andere gemeen...
