Inkoper Stel je vraag aan Manon Vragen over deze vacature? Solliciteren Bij Tent Trading zoeken we een Inkoper die samen met ons de inkoop verder wil professionaliseren. Iemand die graag met leveranciers onderhandelt, maar net zo makkelijk met Engineering over een technische tekening of de maakbaarheid van een onderdeel praat. Je hoeft niet alle materialen en productietechnieken die wij gebruiken al te kennen. Belangrijker is dat je een goede technische basis hebt, nieuwsgierig bent en begrijpt hoe producten worden gemaakt. Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt een belangrijke rol binnen onze inkoop en veel ruimte om zelf verbeteringen door te voeren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Tactische en strategische inkoop van technische materialen en maakdelen; - Selecteren, beoordelen en ontwikkelen van leveranciers; - Onderhandelen over prijzen, voorwaarden, levertijden en afspraken; - Samenwerken met Engineering over materiaalkeuzes, maakbaarheid, kwaliteit en kosten; - Verbeteren en professionaliseren van onze inkoopprocessen; - Analyseren van prijzen, prestaties, voorraad en leveranciersdata; - Actief meedenken over slimmere werkwijzen, automatisering en het gebruik van ERP en AI. Daarbij ben je niet alleen strategisch bezig. Als er operationeel iets opgelost moet worden, pak je dat ook gewoon op. Wat maakt deze functie interessant? Tent Trading is volop in ontwikkeling. Dat betekent dat niet alles al voor je is uitgedacht. Zie jij dat een inkoopproces slimmer kan? Dan verwachten we niet dat je alleen een voorstel schrijft. Je krijgt juist de ruimte om het samen met je collega's daadwerkelijk te verbeteren. We investeren onder andere in verdere automatisering, ERP, data en AI. We zoeken daarom iemand die nieuwsgierig is naar nieuwe mogelijkheden en graag meebouwt aan hoe onze inkoop er over een paar jaar uitziet.
