Als Inkoper ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen Heros. Jij zorgt ervoor dat producten en diensten slim, efficiënt en toekomstbestendig worden ingekocht. Daarbij combineer je data en marktkennis met een scherpe commerciële blik. Je minimaliseert risico's, benut schaalvoordelen en zorgt voor duidelijke, goed geborgde contractafspraken, altijd met oog voor kwaliteit, continuïteit en kostenbeheersing. Deze nieuwe en zelfstandige functie geeft je veel vrijheid om processen te verbeteren en jouw visie op inkoop neer te zetten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit onder andere logistiek, productie, techniek, facilities en HR. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van inkoopstrategieën, inclusief markt- en risicoanalyses - Signaleren van kansen en trends binnen (inter)nationale leveranciersmarkten - Selecteren, beoordelen en contracteren van leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland - Onderhandelen over contracten en vastleggen van heldere afspraken - Beoordelen van offertes en opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen - Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met leveranciers en interne stakeholders - Bewaken van inkoopkosten en initiëren van besparingen en efficiëntieverbeteringen - Vastleggen en analyseren van inkoopdata en rapporteren aan het management Over het bedrijf Met circa 140 collega's levert Heros een belangrijke bijdrage aan de circulaire economie.
