Onze afdeling Inkoop is medio 2024 opgericht. De basis staat en nu zijn we klaar voor de volgende stap. Daarom zoeken wij een communicatief sterke inkoper die het leuk vindt om samen met ons verder te bouwen aan de ontwikkeling en zichtbaarheid van inkoop binnen Steinweg. Hier ga je mee aan de slag - Je beheert en leidt complexe en strategische inkooptrajecten van behoeftebepaling tot contractering. - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert categoriestrategieën die bijdragen aan kostenbeheersing, risicoreductie en duurzame leveranciersrelaties. - Je initieert en leidt verbeterprojecten binnen het inkoopproces, waarbij je kansen signaleert en veranderingen realiseert. - Je voert diepgaand markt- en leveranciersonderzoek uit, inclusief internationale trends, prijsontwikkelingen en prestatieanalyses. - Je onderhandelt zelfstandig binnen vooraf gestelde kaders en borgt optimale contractvoorwaarden. - Je onderhoudt intensief contact met zowel internationale leveranciers als interne stakeholders en fungeert als extern gezicht van Steinweg binnen jouw...
