Werken Bij Bihca Hittech Bihca Team Inkoper Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze productie nooit stil komt te staan. Je bent degene die de regie pakt, leveranciers achter de broek zit en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Je wacht niet af, maar onderneemt direct actie wanneer een levering dreigt uit te lopen of wanneer er onduidelijkheid is. Je bent zichtbaar binnen de organisatie. Niet alleen achter je bureau, maar juist ook op de werkvloer. Je zoekt actief de samenwerking met productie, planning en werkvoorbereiding om precies te weten wat er speelt. Daardoor kun je snel schakelen en neem je de juiste beslissingen. Je komt terecht in een team van twee inkopers. Binnen jouw inkooppakket krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid. Jij bent degene die de regie voert. We zoeken iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, beslissingen durft te nemen en leveranciers op een professionele manier durft aan te spreken. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, uitbestedingen en diensten op tijd beschikbaar zijn, zodat onze productie kan blijven draaien. Loopt een levering vertraging op? Dan wacht jij niet af, maar pak je direct de telefoon. Je durft leveranciers aan te spreken, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, planning en werkvoorbereiding. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden om te weten wat er speelt en welke behoeften er zijn. Juist door die samenwerking maak jij het verschil. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Het inkopen van materialen, uitbestedingen en diensten tegen de beste voorwaarden. - Het onderhouden én verder ontwikkelen van een sterk leveranciersnetwerk. - Het bewaken van levertijden, kwaliteit en gemaakte afspraken. - Het signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen het inkoopproces. - Het leggen van de basis om door te groeien naar een meer strategische inkooprol.
