Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen leveranciers, supply chain, logistiek en de interne organisatie. Denk aan: - In kaart brengen, analyseren en continu verbeteren van de inkoop- en supply chain processen binnen de organisatie. Je brengt structuur aan, standaardiseert werkwijzen en helpt de organisatie verder te professionaliseren. - Actief bijdragen aan de verdere automatisering en optimalisatie van inkoop- en supply chain processen. - Verantwoordelijk voor de operationele inkoop van onderdelen en materialen. - Plaatsen, opvolgen en bewaken van inkooporders. - Afstemmen van levertijden, orderbevestigingen en wijzigingen met leveranciers. - Signaleren van leveringsrisico's en proactief met oplossingen komen. - Monitoren van voorraadniveaus en zorgen voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van onderdelen. - Analyseren van inkoopdata, leveranciersprestaties en KPI's en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties. - Bijdragen aan continue procesverbetering binnen de gehele supply chain. - Eigenaarschap nemen over verbeterprojecten en zorgen voor een efficiënte, gestructureerde en toekomstbestendige manier van wer...
