Je vraagt offertes aan voor de bouwwerkzaamheden, actualiseert deze en vergelijkt de prijzen. Je stemt de planning van de bouwwerkzaamheden af met het projectteam en bewaakt het budget. Daarnaast houd je de levertijden van de ingekochte materialen in de gaten en zoek je naar alternatieven. Je stemt de details af met de engineer en stelt raamcontracten op voor vaste leveranciers. Dit ben jij: - Je hebt MBO / HBO Bouwkunde werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid; - Je bent oplossingsgericht, analytisch en je kunt situaties overzien; - Je hebt de ambitie om jezelf te ontwikkelen, zelfs buiten je eigen opleidingsrichting; - Je bent service gericht richting (interne)klant en collega's; - Een doorzetter en je kunt goed samenwerken.
