Inkoper AGF In de AGF-handel kunnen prijs, beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit snel veranderen. Als Inkoper AGF speel je daar dagelijks op in. Je onderhandelt met leveranciers en telers, bewaakt je assortiment en zorgt dat verkoop kan rekenen op de juiste producten tegen goede commerciële voorwaarden. Ervaring binnen AGF is welkom, maar niet noodzakelijk. Een stevige basis in commerciële inkoop en de ambitie om je de vershandel eigen te maken, zijn minstens zo belangrijk. Wat hebben we jou te bieden? Je komt terecht in een ervaren inkoopteam en krijgt de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de internationale vershandel. Je kunt rekenen op: - Een goed salaris en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Een 13e maand bij voldoende resultaat; - Een pensioenregeling met aanvullend pensioen; - Een jaarcontract met de intentie dit om te zetten naar een vast dienstverband; - Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien; - Iedere twee weken een pakket met verse groenten en fruit uit het assortiment; - Een bedrijfskeuken met verse producten en een verzorgde lunch tegen een kleine eigen bijdrage. Voor wie ga je aan de slag? Je gaat werken bij een internationale leverancier van groenten, fruit en zuivel, gevestigd in Barendrecht. De organisatie heeft een historie die teruggaat tot 1893 en levert wereldwijd aan klanten binnen de internationale cruise- en scheepvaartsector. Vanuit vestigingen in Nederland, Spanje en Italië wordt gewerkt aan de dagelijkse beschikbaarheid en levering van verse producten. De internationale klantenkring brengt specifieke uitdagingen met zich mee op het gebied van productkwaliteit, houdbaarheid, verpakkingen en logistiek. Dat vraagt om goede afspraken met leveranciers en snel kunnen inspelen op veranderingen in vraag en aanbod.
