Om onze projecten en productie soepel te laten verlopen, zoeken wij een Inkoper die zorgt dat de juiste materialen, onderdelen en diensten op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je schakelt veel met leveranciers, Engineering en je collega's van het Bedrijfsbureau. Je vergelijkt offertes, onderhandelt over prijs en levertijd en bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van bestellingen. Daarbij kijk je ook continu naar mogelijkheden om onze inkoop- en logistieke processen verder te verbeteren. Ben jij technisch onderlegd, commercieel scherp en houd je graag overzicht? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Als Inkoper bij Innovatec ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en efficiënt inkopen van materialen, onderdelen, grondstoffen en diensten voor onze projecten en productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste producten tegen passende voorwaarden en binnen de gewenste levertijd beschikbaar zijn. Je vraagt offertes aan bij onze leveranciers, beoordeelt en vergelijkt deze op onder andere prijs en levertijd en onderhandelt over de voorwaarden. Daarnaast controleer en verwerk je stuklijsten vanuit Engineering en bepaal je welke onderdelen uit voorraad, projectmatig of via uitbesteding worden ingekocht. Tijdens het hele inkoopproces houd je grip op de voortgang. Je controleert orderbevestigingen, bewaakt levertijden en onderneemt actie wanneer een levering dreigt af te wijken. Ook bespreek je eventuele afwijkingen met leveranciers en draag je bij aan het bewaken van hun prestaties. Samen met Engineering, je collega's van het Bedrijfsbureau en onze leveranciers werk je bovendien aan het continu verbeteren van onze inkoop- en logistieke processen.
