Van de bloemen (klok) inkoper wordt naast kennis van de bloemenhandel vooral ruime en aantoonbare ervaring met het zaken doen met de retail verwacht. Hij of zij kent de eisen en wensen van deze sector en weet precies hoe daar succesvol op ingespeeld kan worden. Een actieve en resultaatgerichte aanpak op basis van de zeer succesvolle uitgangspunten van het bedrijf is nodig. Belangrijk is een sterk ontwikkeld gevoel voor commerciële kansen en mogelijkheden om de beste resultaten te kunnen boeken. Kopen op de klok, daarna succesvol overleggen met kwekers in de retail is een belangrijk onderdeel van het werk. Zonder de scherpst mogelijke inkoop op het juiste moment is er geen goede handel. Kennis en ervaring met de klokinkoop- retail is dus noodzakelijk, kennis en ervaring in de bloemisten bloemenhandel is belangrijk maar daarnaast draait het om de echte commerciële drive om net iets scherper in te kunnen kopen. Een van de 'die hard' (leidinggevende) inkoper wil juist jou helpen om het 'vak' inkopen te gaan helpen. Over het bedrijf Dit zeer toonaangevende (wellicht niet qua marketing, maar juist een mooi product brengen naar de klanten) bedrijf is een van de grootste Nederlandse exporteurs van potplanten, snijbloemen en boeketten. Dagelijks worden bloemen, planten en boeketten in zeer, zeer grote aantallen verkocht aan onder meer retailketens in heel Europa. Het wereldwijd scherp inkopen met veel oog voor kwaliteit staan nog steeds aan de basis van groei en succes. Door de constante groei is er nu ruimte voor een Klok inkoper bloemen.- Ervaren, gemotiveerd, zelfstandig - Scherp wereldwijd inkopen van bloemen en planten, vaak net iets scherper dan de concurrentie, en de verwerking zoals het maken van boeketten in eigen hand houden staan aan de basis van het succes van dit bedrijf.
