Bij BiB krijg je een veelzijdige inkoopfunctie waarin je dicht op de productie zit en direct ziet wat jouw werk oplevert. Wat ga je doen? Als inkoper zorg jij dat onze productie kan rekenen op de juiste materialen. Je stemt de inkoop af op de planning, bewaakt de voorraadniveaus en houdt grip op prijzen, kwaliteit en levertijden. Je bouwt aan goede relaties met leveranciers en zoekt samen naar oplossingen wanneer een levering of product niet aan de afspraken voldoet. Je werkt in een klein, betrokken team en schakelt veel met je collega's van Planning, Productie, Productmanagement en Logistiek. Voor inkoopvragen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt, zowel binnen als buiten de organisatie. - Inkopen van grondstoffen, verpakkingen en andere benodigde materialen. - Bewaken van de beschikbaarheid van materialen en de voorraadniveaus. - Onderhandelen met leveranciers over prijzen en leveringsvoorwaarden. - Bespreken en oplossen van kwaliteits- en leveringsproblemen. - Signaleren van kansen om onze inkoopprocessen te verbeteren. - Meewerken aan verbeter- en ontwikkelprojecten. - Vervangen van de productieplanner bij afwezigheid, inclusief de bijbehorende administratie. Wat breng je mee? Je combineert commercieel inzicht met een nauwkeurige manier van werken. Ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt, houd jij overzicht en stel je prioriteiten. Je neemt initiatief, maakt duidelijke afspraken en durft door te vragen. Daarbij werk je graag samen en houd je oog voor de belangen van je collega's én leveranciers. Daarnaast zoeken we iemand met: - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, aangevuld met een inkoopopleiding zoals NEVI. - Twee tot vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een productieomgeving. - Goede kennis van Microsoft Office en ervaring met een MRP-systeem, bij voor...
