Als inkoper zorg jij ervoor dat de organisatie goed geadviseerd wordt in aankopen van goederen en diensten. Zorg jij ervoor dat Europese aanbestedingen op de markt worden gezet en handel je alle inkoopgerelateerde werkzaamheden samen met je collega naar tevredenheid af. Je takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit: - adviseren m.b.t. in te kopen goederen en/of diensten - zelfstandig Europese aanbestedingen op de markt zetten - kunnen leiden van projectteams - uitwerken van inkoopaanvragen tot offerteaanvragen voor het verkrijgen van goederen en diensten - beoordelen van leveranciers en offertes - onderhandelen over en afsluiten van inkoopovereenkomsten met leveranciers, conform de procuratieregeling - opstellen managementrapportages - oplossen problemen interne klanten en leveranciers - betrokken bij contractmanagement Functie eisen - HBO-dipl...
