Onze klant specialiseert zich in de verdeling van metalen en aanverwante producten voor professionele toepassingen. Ze maakt deel uit van een grotere internationale structuur en levert aan klanten in België en het noorden van Frankrijk. De firma beschikt over een gevarieerd aanbod dat zowel standaardmaterialen als op maat gemaakte oplossingen omvat.

Jobomschrijving

Als inkoper ben je samen met je drie andere collega's verantwoordelijk voor de onderstaande taken:

  • Je staat in nauw contact met de leveranciers en maakt afspraken met hen;
  • Je houdt de voorraad in het oog en bestelt tijdig bij;
  • Je maakt rapportages op van de verschillende producten via SAP om te kijken welke de populaire en minder populaire producten zijn;
  • Je maakt prijsvergelijkingen op, spreekt leveranciers aan over de prijs en gaat op zoek naar nieuwe;
  • Je maakt een analyse over hoe de artikels roteren;
  • Je vergelijkt prijzen en op basis daarvan beslis je om artikels aan te kopen of om af te wachten;
  • Je bent de rechterhand van de purchase manager en rapporteert ook aan hem.

Voor de job van aankoper gaan we op zoek naar onderstaand profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring in aankoop, bij voorkeur in grondstoffen of je hebt ervaring met het bijhouden van een stock voor een onafgewerkt product;
  • Ook schoolverlaters met een scherpe blik en leergierige houding komen in aanmerking;
  • Ervaring in de staalindustrie is geen vereiste, maar kennis van technische producten is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS-Excel, kennis van SAP is een pluspunt;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en kan je uit de slag trekken in het Frans.
