Vacature Inkoper Honselersdijk (Westland) 36/40 uur HBO Jij zorgt dat de retail nooit misgrijpt. Retail draait om beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en perfecte timing. Schappen moeten gevuld zijn, acties moeten kloppen en afspraken zijn niet vrijblijvend. Als Inkoper Retail bij Hamiplant ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat onze klanten altijd kunnen rekenen op het juiste assortiment, op het juiste moment. Je kent de dynamiek van de plantenhandel. Je schakelt snel wanneer de markt verandert, onderhoudt sterke relaties met kwekers en weet precies waar kansen liggen. Je bent continu bezig met onderhandelen, vooruitdenken en het maken van commerciële keuzes die direct bijdragen aan het resultaat. Van een spoedlevering voor morgen tot de inkoop voor grote retailacties rondom Moederdag of het voorjaar: jij houdt het overzicht en blijft de markt altijd een stap voor. Wat ga je doen? Als Inkoper Retail ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse inkoop van planten voor onze retailklanten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Inkopen van planten tegen de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. - Onderhandelen met kwekers over prijs, kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en leveringsvoorwaarden. - Samenstellen van het beste aanbod voor onze retailklanten. - Bewaken van reserveringen en lopende leveringen. - Direct schakelen wanneer kwaliteit of beschikbaarheid verandert en passende alternatieven organiseren. - Intensief samenwerken met sales om commerciële kansen optimaal te benutten. - Regelmatig kwekers bezoeken om relaties te onderhouden en de kwaliteit van de handel te beoordelen. - Vooruitplannen voor retailacties en piekmomenten, waarbij je vraag en aanbod optimaal op elkaar afstemt. - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en actief meedenken over assortiment, processen en verbeteringen. - Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
