The posting

Als inkoop- en productieplanner ben jij de verbindende factor tussen sales, inkoop, productie en logistiek. Jij zorgt dat klantorders niet blijven hangen, maar soepel hun weg vinden naar de productie. Van het bestellen van materialen tot het plannen van de werkzaamheden: jij houdt het overzicht en grijpt in als iets dreigt te vertragen.

Je werkt nauw samen met de andere afdelingen: Lamellen, Zaagboor en Afwerking Constructie. Geen dag is precies hetzelfde. Je schakelt tussen verschillende afdelingen, houdt deadlines scherp in de gaten en denkt vooruit.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je vraagt materialen aan, plaatst bestellingen en volgt leveringen op. • Je maakt en beheert de productieplanning voor drie productiezones. • Je bereidt productieopdrachten voor en bewaakt de levertijden. • Je signaleert knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen. • Je stemt klantorders en planning af met sales. • Je schakelt tussen inkoop, productie, sales en logistiek. • Je werkt met Dynamics 365 en Tulip om processen goed te organiseren.

Dankzij jou weten collega's wat er moet gebeuren, zijn materialen op tijd beschikbaar en kunnen klantorders volgens planning worden geproduceerd. Je werkt daarnaast nauw samen met het team en zorgt voor rust en overzicht in een omgeving waarin veel tegelijk gebeurt.

Functie-eisen: Je bent iemand die graag regelt, vooruitdenkt en overzicht houdt. Je vindt het leuk om met verschillende afdelingen te schakelen en krijgt energie van een planning die klopt. Loopt iets anders dan verwacht? Dan raak jij niet snel van slag. Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert makkelijk en hebt een praktische instelling. Ervaring met planning, inkoop of werkvoorbereiding helpt je op weg, maar belangrijker is dat je snel kunt schakelen en verantwoordelijkheid durft te pakken.
