Weet je marktontwikkelingen, prijsbewegingen en beschikbaarheidsrisico's tijdig te signaleren en te vertalen naar nieuwe product- en inkoopkansen? Bij E.F.S.-Holland krijg je de ruimte om sourcing, productmanagement en leveranciersmanagement verder op te bouwen in een rol met veel zichtbare impact. Functie omschrijving In deze brede functie combineer je sourcing en inkoop met productmanagement en contractmanagement. Je kent de leveranciersmarkt, volgt prijsbewegingen en beschikbaarheid en anticipeert op mogelijke tekorten. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar prijs, maar vooral ook naar kwaliteit, herkomst, leveringszekerheid en de commerciële potentie van producten. Omdat dit een nieuwe functie binnen E.F.S.-Holland is, krijg je veel ruimte om de rol zelf vorm te geven. Je brengt verdere structuur aan in sourcing, leveranciersmanagement en contractmanagement en professionaliseert de inkoopprocessen stap voor stap. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Sales, QA, Product Development en de administratie. Naarmate de organisatie verder groeit, krijg je de mogelijkheid om de inkoopfunctie verder uit te bouwen en uiteindelijk een volwaardige inkoopafdeling neer te zetten. Wat ga je verder doen? - Zoeken naar geschikte tweede leveranciers om leveringszekerheid te vergroten en risico's beter te spreiden. - Onderzoeken van nieuwe productideeën: waar is het product verkrijgbaar, welke leverancier past en is het commercieel en inhoudelijk interessant voor het assortiment? - Samen met Sales, QA en Product Development beoordelen van productspecificaties, kwaliteitseisen, herkomst, documentatie en marktpotentieel. - Bezoeken van leveranciers voor relatiebeheer, contractbesprekingen of een gezamenlijk klantbezoek; gemiddeld maximaal circa één bezoek per maan...
