Voor een groeiende importeur en exporteur van seafoodproducten in Rijswijk zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Inkoper Food. Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar, aangevuld met 8% vakantiegeld; - Een premievrij pensioen, volledig betaald door de werkgever; - Een persoonlijke bonusregeling op basis van jouw prestaties; - De mogelijkheid om één dag per week thuis te werken; - Jaarlijkse leveranciersbezoeken in Azië en deelname aan internationale vakbeurzen. Wat ga je doen als Inkoper Food - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het volledige inkoopproces van eigen productgroepen, van sourcing tot voorraadbeheer; - Prijsonderhandelingen voeren en contracten afsluiten met internationale leveranciers; - Voorraad- en inkoopdashboards monitoren en prijsaanpassingen verwerken en communiceren; - Marktontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen signaleren en vertalen naar concrete inkoopbeslissingen; - Maandelijks rapporteren over de prestaties van jouw productgroepen en verbeterkansen bespreken op het gebied van marge, kwaliteit en beschikbaarheid. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Inkoper Food - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding of werk- en denkniveau op hbo-niveau; - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in inkoop, sourcing of supply chain, bij voorkeur in een internationale handelsomgeving; - Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt vooruit en neemt eigenaarschap over jouw productgroepen; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
