EDCO logo Inkoper Garden - Op locatie - - Eindhoven , Noord-Brabant , Nederland - Inkoop Functieomschrijving In de functie van Inkoper Garden/ Outdoor bij EDCO ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en beheren van een breed en dynamisch assortiment - een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van ons inkoopproces en het versterken van ons productaanbod. Binnen een inkoopafdeling van ongeveer 35 collega's, waaronder junior en assistent-inkopers, werk je samen aan het realiseren van een scherp, actueel en klantgericht assortiment. Waarom deze rol bijzonder is? Je combineert strategisch inkopen met de dynamiek van internationale handel. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Nieuwe producten sourcen : Je houdt de markt nauwlettend in de gaten en spot tijdig nieuwe trends, zodat ons assortiment van circa 500 artikelen voortdurend actueel blijft. Daarbij richt je je ook op het sourcen van producten voor pre-sale, zodat we snel kunnen inspelen op kansen in de markt. Internationale beurzen en reizen naar het Verre Oosten (circa twee keer per jaar) maken hier onderdeel van uit; - Slim inkopen : Je zet tenders uit bij leveranciers en onderhandelt de beste voorwaarden op het gebied van prijs, kwaliteit en levertijd; - Voorraadbeheer : Je koopt tijdig producten in om ervoor te zorgen dat onze voorraad altijd op peil is en onze klanten nooit misgrijpen; - Klant specifieke orders : Je vertaalt unieke klantwensen naar concrete inkooporders en zorgt dat alles volgens afspraak wordt geleverd; - Leidinggeven : Je coacht en ondersteunt junior en assistent-inkopers binnen jouw productgroep, zodat het team optimaal presteert. Als inkoper én category manager bepaal je de koers van jouw productgroep. Dit zorgt voor veel variatie in je werk en biedt de perfecte combinatie als je verantwoordelijk bent voor een productgroep.
