Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de markt en vertaalt deze naar slimme inkoopbeslissingen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de strategische inkoopstrategie; - Het inkopen van grondstoffen en belangrijke materialen; - Het zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers en onderhouden van bestaande relaties; - Het onderhandelen over prijzen, kwaliteit, levertijden en voorwaarden; - Het volgen van markt-, prijs- en grondstofontwikkelingen; - Het tactisch inkopen op basis van verwachte ontwikkelingen; - Het bewaken van prijs, kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en leveringszekerheid; - Het signaleren van risico's binnen de supply chain en hier tijdig op inspelen; - Het samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie; - Het verder professionaliseren van de inkoop. Wat we je bieden Je krijgt de ruimte om de strategische inkoop verder vorm te geven en daadwerkelijk invloed uit te oefenen op de organisatie. Daarbij kun je rekenen op: - €3.500 tot €5.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis; - 48 vrije dagen: 25 vakantiedagen en 23 ATV-dagen; - Een aantrekkelijke winstdelingsregeling, goede pensioenregeling en €0,21 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer; - Een telefoon en laptop van de zaak en volop ruimte voor opleidingen en professionele ontwikkeling; - Een uitgebreide inwerk- en overdrachtsperiode met de huidige Strategisch Inkoper; - Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en een eigen visie binnen een zelfstandige functie in een technische productieomgeving.
