Functieomschrijving Als Inkoper Maintenance & Gereedschappen (NPR) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van onderdelen en diensten van zowel gepland als ongepland onderhoud binnen onze technische productieomgeving. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aanschaf van gereedschappen en de nauwkeurige opvolging van deze leveringen. In deze rol zorg je voor een goede balans tussen beschikbaarheid, levertijd en kosten, in afstemming met de maintenance-organisatie. Waar nodig signaleer je verbetermogelijkheden en optimaliseer je het bestaande inkoopproces. Verder zijn jouw werkzaamheden: - Inkopen van technische onderdelen voor gepland en correctief onderhoud; - Inkopen en coördineren van externe diensten van leveranciers en servicepartners; - Afwegen van snelheid van levering versus prijs, in overleg met de maintenance-afdeling, om stilstand van installaties te minimaliseren; - Aanmaken en beheren van artikelen in Ultimo en Infor LN, inclusief leveranciersgegevens, prijzen, levertijden en overige relevante artikelinformatie; - Ondersteunen bij het inrichten en optim...
