Wil jij werken binnen een internationale productieomgeving waar inkoop een belangrijke rol speelt in het succes van de organisatie? Als inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en tegen de juiste voorwaarden beschikbaar maken van materialen, onderdelen en diensten die nodig zijn voor een soepel productieproces. Het is een internationaal opererend bedrijf binnen de metaalverpakkingsindustrie en heeft ruim dertig jaar ervaring. Met vestigingen en activiteiten in onder andere Europa, Azië en Afrika is het een organisatie met een sterk internationaal karakter. Jaarlijks worden wereldwijd miljarden drankblikjes, kroonkurken en andere metalen verpakkingen geproduceerd. In deze functie combineer je operationele inkoop met een strategische blik. Je onderhoudt contacten met bestaande leveranciers, zoekt naar nieuwe mogelijkheden in de markt en draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van het inkoopproces. Als Inkoper houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen, verbeteren en uitvoeren van inkoopstrategieën binnen een internationale organisatie; - Het onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van relaties met leveranciers; - Het voeren van commerciële onderhandelingen over prijzen, voorwaarden, kwaliteit en leveringsafspraken; - Het voorbereiden, beoordelen en beheren van contracten en leveranciersafspraken; - Het volgen van marktontwikkelingen en trends binnen de metaal- en verpakkingsindustrie; - Het signaleren van potentiële risico's, besparingsmogelijkheden en kansen en hierover adviseren richting het management; - Het bewaken van levertijden, beschikbaarheid van materialen en gemaakte kwaliteitsafspraken; - Het samenwerken met onder andere productie, kwaliteit en andere interne afdelingen om processen en prestaties continu te verbeteren.
