Het team is bewust klein en slagvaardig, waardoor jouw bijdrage direct zichtbaar is en je echt het verschil maakt. Je wordt onderdeel van de kern van het commerciële team dat bouwt aan de strategie van morgen. En dat alles voor een prachtig merk. In principe is deze functie beschikbaar voor 40 uur, waarbij 32 uur bespreekbaar is. Daarnaast kun je hybride werken, wat flexibiliteit biedt in de keuze van je werkplek. Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een toonaangevende speler in haar branche: een snelgroeiende retailorganisatie met een sterk eigen merk, een grote online aanwezigheid en inspirerende fysieke locaties. In deze dynamische en ondernemende omgeving krijg jij de kans om echt het verschil te maken - voor de klant, voor het assortiment en voor de organisatie van de toekomst. Wat ga je doen als inkoper Verre Oosten? Als inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en realiseren van een sterk, onderscheidend en commercieel assortiment. Waar de category manager zich richt op strategie en de marketing P's, zorg jij voor de concrete invulling: van idee tot eindproduct. Je bent continu bezig met sourcing, onderhandelen en productontwikkeling. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met leveranciers in het Verre Oosten en reis je meerdere keren per jaar naar deze regio. Je werkt nauw samen met category management en rapporteert aan de lead inkoper. Jouw kerntaken: - Sourcen en selecteren van leveranciers in het Verre Oosten; - Onderhandelen over prijs, kwaliteit, levertijden...
