Tegen de beste kwaliteit en prijs. Als Inkoper Vers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van kwaliteit, scherpe inkoopprijzen en beschikbaarheid, en fungeer je als de verbindende schakel tussen Superunie, leveranciers en onze leden. Wat ga je doen? Als Inkoper Vers ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop en beschikbaarheid van verse producten tegen een scherpe inkoopprijs voor onze 10 leden. Aan jou om kwaliteit, scherpe inkoopprijzen en beschikbaarheid te borgen. Je bent een scherpe onderhandelaar; hard op de inhoud, maar met oog voor een goede relatie. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen Superunie, de leden en onze leveranciers. Dit is ook precies wat deze functie zo uniek maakt. Je zorgt niet alleen voor de inkoop bij leveranciers, het is ook aan jou om de producten vervolgens weg te zetten bij de leden in supermarkten. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Je werkt mee aan het vinden van nieuwe leveranciers en bouwt aan sterke relaties. Je bezoekt hiervoor regelmatig onze leveranciers, ook in het buitenland. - Je zorgt voor de optimalisatie van inkoopprijzen. - Je denkt mee over het beste assortiment en innovaties. - Je werkt intensief samen met je collega's van andere afdelingen zoals Supply Chain, Kwaliteit en Duurzaamheid. - Als Inkoper Vers ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor inkoop, maar ook voor het opbouwen van sterke relaties met onze leden. Je pitcht actief jouw ideeën en strategieën, en fungeert als verkoper van je visie, waarbij je streeft naar draagvlak bij onze leden.
