Als inmeter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig inmeten van woningen binnen renovatieprojecten. Je bezoekt verschillende projectlocaties en brengt de bestaande situatie zorgvuldig in kaart, zodat kunststof kozijnen correct geproduceerd en gemonteerd kunnen worden. Je controleert maatvoeringen, signaleert bijzonderheden en legt de benodigde gegevens vast voor de verdere werkvoorbereiding. Daarnaast stem je bevindingen af met projectleiders en werkvoorbereiders en heb je waar nodig contact met bewoners. Je werkt grotendeels zelfstandig en bent veel onderweg naar verschillende projecten. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en nauwkeurige manier van werken zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden goed voorbereid zijn en verrassingen tijdens de productie en montage worden voorkomen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Technisch inzicht; - Het kunnen lezen en interpreteren van bouwtechnische tekeningen en details; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige werkhouding; - Rijbewijs B.
