Dein Job

* allgemeine Administrationsagenden wie Post, Ablage etc.

* telefonischer Kontakt mit Kund:innen und Mitarbeitenden

* laufende Wartung der Datenbanken und Sicherung der Datenqualität

* Kund:innenbetreuung und Beschwerdemanagement

* Verrechnung und Kassaführung

* Vorbereitungsarbeiten für die Buchhaltung

Deine Qualifikation

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, AHS, Hasch, HAK etc.)

* Berufserfahrung in der Administration

* strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative

* Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität

* sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse vor allem MS-Office
