Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine technisch versierte, organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die eine zentrale Rolle in der Planung, Koordination und Führung unseres technischen Servicebereichs übernimmt. 1 INNENDIENSTTECHNIKER_IN / SERVICEKOORDINATOR_IN mit Führungs- und Organisationsverantwortung

Bereich Tore Schranken Automatiktüren Zäune Antriebstechnik

Ihre Aufgaben

* Führung, Koordination und Einteilung unserer Servicetechniker

* Planung und Terminierung von Service-, Wartungs- und Reparatureinsätzen

* Laufende Koordination der Serviceeinsätze und Priorisierung dringender Aufträge

* Technische Unterstützung unserer Servicetechniker im Außendienst

* Bearbeitung und technische Klärung von Kundenanfragen

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten

* Auftragserstellung und administrative Abwicklung

* Organisation und Beschaffung von Materialien und Ersatzteilen

* Vorbereitung und Koordination des benötigten Materials für die jeweiligen Serviceeinsätze

* Organisation der Logistik für unsere Servicetechniker

* Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Ansprechpartnern

* Termin- und Auftragsüberwachung

* Kontrolle und Nachbearbeitung abgeschlossener Serviceeinsätze

* Mitwirkung bei der laufenden Optimierung unserer Service- und Arbeitsabläufe

Ihr technischer Aufgabenbereich

Sie betreuen gemeinsam mit unserem Team insbesondere Anlagen aus den Bereichen:

* Schranken- und Parksysteme

* Garagen-, Industrie- und Hallentore

* Schiebe- und Drehtore

* automatische Schiebe- und Drehtüren

* Zaun- und Geländersysteme

* Antriebs- und Steuerungstechnik

* Zubehör und Sicherheitstechnik

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Metalltechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung

* Gutes technisches Verständnis

* Berufserfahrung im technischen Service, Kundendienst oder in der Einsatzplanung von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Bereich Tor-, Tür-, Schranken- oder Antriebstechnik von Vorteil

* Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren gleichzeitig laufenden Servicefällen den Überblick zu behalten

* Selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Freude an der Führung und Koordination von Mitarbeitern

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber unseren Kunden

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Führerschein Klasse B

Ihre Rolle bei Wartecker

In dieser Position laufen die Fäden unseres technischen Servicebereichs bei Ihnen zusammen.

Von der Kundenanfrage über die technische Klärung und Angebotserstellung bis zur Einteilung der Servicetechniker, Ersatzteilbeschaffung und erfolgreichen Fertigstellung des Auftrags sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Sie sind dabei eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Servicetechnikern, Lieferanten und unserem Innendienst.
