Als Innovatie Manager bij Weenk Schroeffunderingen geef je richting aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe machines, voertuigen en digitale toepassingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat goede ideeën niet in een la verdwijnen, maar werkelijkheid worden. Een functie voor iemand die techniek snapt én mensen weet te verbinden. Jij zet innovatie in beweging! Wat ga je doen? Bij Weenk Schroeffunderingen draait alles om vooruitgang. Onze producten, machines en software zijn vaak uniek en in eigen huis ontwikkeld. Als Innovatie Manager speel jij een centrale rol in de doorontwikkeling van deze systemen, van concept tot praktijk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Initiëren, begeleiden en implementeren van technische innovaties binnen WSF en WIF. - Meedenken over nieuwe toepassingen op het gebied van funderingstechniek. - Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van machines, voertuigen en rekenprogramma's. - Meewerken aan fieldlabs samen met grotere opdrachtgevers. - Het maken van CAD-tekeningen en het coördineren van ontwikkeltrajecten. - Ondersteunen bij subsidieaanvragen en het bewaken van de administratieve kant van innovaties. Je bent niet alleen technisch onderlegd, maar ook communicatief sterk. Je weet collega's, partners en opdrachtgevers mee te nemen in jouw visie en ideeën. Wie ben jij? Wij zoeken een Innovatie Manager die graag dingen in beweging zet en bruggen slaat tussen idee en uitvoering. Jij: - Bent technisch goed onderlegd (werktuigbouw, civiele techniek of vergelijkbaar). - Hebt ervaring in projectmanagement of een vergelijkbare verbindende rol. - Denkt in mogelijkheden, neemt initiatief en weet prioriteiten te stellen. - Bent bekend met CAD-tekenen (2D/3D). - Kijkt kritisch naar processen én kansen in de markt. - Ervaring met subsidiebeheer is een pré.
