Das erwartet Dich

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle des Innovationsprozesses von der Ideengenerierung bis zur Markteinführung des serienreifen Produkts, Digitaler Lösungen sowie Dienstleistungen

* Laufende Weiterentwicklung des Innovationsprozesses anhand der sich ständig verändernden Rahmenbedingungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen daran beteiligten Abteilungen

* Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sowie kritische Reflektion des Methodenbaukastens zur Etablierung eines agilen Innovationsprozessmanagements

* Steuerung und Koordination von bereichsübergreifenden Stakeholer

* Mitgestaltung der innovationsfördernden Unternehmenskultur

Das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Vergleichbares

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Innovationsmanagement

* Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Innovationsmanagement und Erfahrung im Umgang mit agilen Methoden der Produktentwicklung

* Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten

* Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude am gemeinsamen Erarbeiten von Lösungsansätzen in einem kleinen Team
