FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een moderne en groeiende productieomgeving binnen de verpakkingsindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en ervaren inpakker/inpakster (operator) om het team van de vouw- en plakafdeling te versterken.

Binnen deze afdeling worden vouwkartonnen verpakkingen verlijmd, gecontroleerd en verpakt, voornamelijk voor de voedingsindustrie. Je maakt deel uit van een collegiaal en enthousiast team en draagt bij aan de productie van kwaliteitsvolle verpakkingen die dagelijks door consumenten worden gebruikt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bevoorraden van vouw-, plak- en verpakkingsmachines.
  • Bedienen, opvolgen en controleren van de verpakkingsinstallaties.
  • Correct inpakken van afgewerkte producten volgens de vooropgestelde richtlijnen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens en na het productie- en verpakkingsproces.
  • Aanbrengen van de juiste etiketten en waarborgen van een correcte traceerbaarheid.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, orde en netheid op de werkvloer.
  • Actief samenwerken met collega's om een efficiënte en vlotte productie te garanderen.

Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met een hands-on mentaliteit en draagt zo bij aan een kwalitatief eindproduct en een goed georganiseerde productieomgeving.

  • Je bent een echte aanpakker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en werktempo's.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk en volgt instructies correct op.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een productieomgeving en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Ervaring als inpakker, operator of productiemedewerker is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
