FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een bedrijf in Meulebeke, gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen en produceren van op maat gemaakte verpakkingen zoals doosjes, displays en mappen, zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde medewerkers.

In deze functie sta je mee in voor het afwerken en verpakken van kwaliteitsvolle producten. Je voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt ervoor dat elk product voldoet aan de vooropgestelde normen. Daarnaast help je bij het inpakken van de afgewerkte producten en zorg je voor een verzorgde presentatie.

Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en werkt steeds met de nodige precisie. Daarbij respecteer je de geldende hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften en draag je bij aan een nette en veilige werkomgeving.

Dankzij jouw leergierige instelling ben je bereid nieuwe taken aan te leren en jezelf continu verder te ontwikkelen. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een vlot productieproces en een kwalitatief eindresultaat.

PROFIEL

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega met een positieve ingesteldheid en een gezonde dosis motivatie. Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en haalt voldoening uit het afleveren van kwalitatief werk.

Daarnaast kan je een goed werktempo aanhouden en ben je in staat om nauwkeurig te werken, ook wanneer de productie op volle snelheid draait. Technisch inzicht is een belangrijke troef, zodat je machines en processen snel begrijpt en eventuele problemen tijdig opmerkt.

Je bent leergierig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en werkt graag samen met collega's om de vooropgestelde doelen te bereiken. Tot slot ben je bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel en stel je je flexibel op binnen een dynamische productieomgeving.

Met jouw inzet, positieve attitude en technische feeling ben je een waardevolle versterking voor het team.
