We zijn op zoek naar inpakmedewerkers die zich kunnen vrijmaken in twee of drie ploegen en in de regio van Lokeren kunnen werken.

Wie zoeken we?

Het bedrijf is op zoek naar mensen die op termijn vast in dienst willen gaan. Ze hechten belang aan duidelijke communicatie en een hands-on mentaliteit: je gaat zelfstandig aan de slag (na een opleidingsperiode), ziet werk en helpt collega's waar nodig.

Je vindt het niet erg om repetitief en nauwkeurig werk uit te voeren.

Omwille van het ploegensysteem kan je je zelfstandig verplaatsen naar de regio van Lokeren.

Je bent snel beschikbaar en hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal (veiligheidsinstructies).

Werkuren in twee ploegen: 6u - 14u (op vrijdag tot 12u30) en 14u - 22u (op vrijdag van 12u30 - 19u).

Indien je in drie ploegen aan de slag kan gaan, werk je van 22u - 6u en op vrijdag van 19u tot 1u30.

Wat bieden wij je?

Je verloning bedraagt €16,26, deze wordt aangevuld met ploegenpremies.

Aangezien het bedrijf op zoek is naar mensen die vast in dienst willen gaan, maak je na ongeveer 6 maand kans op een vast contract!

Je krijgt voldoende opleiding en begeleiding en komt terecht in een familiaal bedrijf die gekend is zijn sector.

Functieomschrijving

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het maken van plastic verpakkingen.

Als inpakmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct inpakken en etiketteren van producten. Je voert uiteraard eerst een kwaliteitscontrole uit vooraleer je dozen begint te vullen.

Je werkt nauw samen met de operator, jullie houden elkaar op de hoogte in verband met de voorraad en de opvolging van de machine.

Aangezien je voornamelijk voor de voedingssector werkt, hou je ook je eigen werkplaats net en ordelijk.
