Voor een familiale en groeiende productieonderneming in Lokeren, actief in de kunststofverwerking, zijn we op zoek naar een Inpakmedewerker in 3 ploegen.

Als inpakmedewerker sta je in voor de kwaliteitscontrole en correcte verpakking van afgewerkte producten. Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat de producten correct verpakt en klaargemaakt worden voor verdere verwerking of transport.

Jouw taken

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de afgewerkte producten.
  • Je verpakt de producten correct volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
  • Je vouwt dozen en maakt deze klaar voor gebruik.
  • Je plaatst de verpakte producten in de juiste dozen.
  • Je stapelt gevulde dozen op een pallet of plaatst ze op de transportband.
  • Je merkt productiefouten of afwijkingen op en meldt deze aan de teamleader.
  • Je waakt over orde en netheid op de werkplek.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ook nauw samen met je collega's.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een stabiele ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent dynamisch, gemotiveerd en gedreven.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, orde en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig en gestructureerd werken.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team en bent collegiaal ingesteld.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een KMO-omgeving waar ruimte is voor eigen inbreng.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 3-ploegenstelsel te werken.
