Je werkt in een hecht team en krijgt de kans om stap voor stap de kneepjes van het vak te leren, ook als je nog geen ervaring hebt. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit zorg je ervoor dat de producten voldoen aan de hoge kwaliteitsnormen waar FrieslandCampina om bekend staat. Wat je gaat doen: - Kaasproducten zorgvuldig verpakken. - Kazen versnijden met behulp van machines. - Visuele kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren. - Taken rouleren binnen je dienst (afwisseling in plaats van 8 uur hetzelfde). - Meedenken met collega's en teamleiders over planning en proces. Wat we je bieden - Salaris vanaf €16,25 bruto per uur, exclusief toeslagen. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast. - 3-ploegendienst, 24 tot 40 uur per week - kies wat bij jou past. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer. - 8% vakantiegeld en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering. - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar (assistent-)operator.
