The posting

Graag met machines bezig en technisch genoeg om kleine problemen zelf te herkennen? Als Inpakoperator beheer je een volautomatische inpaklijn voor zakverpakkingen. Je stelt de lijn in, volgt de productie op en bouwt de machine om wanneer een andere verpakking nodig is.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking van je inpaklijn. Je houdt het proces in de gaten en grijpt in wanneer iets niet loopt zoals voorzien.

• Je stelt de volautomatische inpaklijn in en bedient de machine

• Je volgt het verpakkingsproces tijdens de productie nauwgezet op

• Je controleert en verifieert de nodige controleformulieren

• Je bouwt de lijn om wanneer een andere verpakking of productieopdracht wordt gestart

• Je zorgt voor de aanvoer van verpakkingsmateriaal

• Je gebruikt hiervoor een elektrische stapelaar of heftruck

• Je herkent kleine storingen en helpt ze oplossen met ondersteuning van de technische dienst

• Je houdt de volledige productielijn proper en ordelijk

• Je werkt samen met collega's om de productie vlot te laten verlopen

Je werkt in twee ploegen. De vroege ploeg loopt van 5u tot 13u10. De late ploeg van 13u tot 21u10.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een technische richting

• Ervaring als operator of in een vergelijkbare productieomgeving is een pluspunt

• Je hebt technisch inzicht en leert graag een machine goed kennen

• Ervaring met een heftruck of elektrische stapelaar is welkom, maar kan ook aangeleerd worden

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt je werkplek ordelijk

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en functioneert ook goed binnen een team

• Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken
