Ben jij een geboren teamcoach met ervaring in een productieomgeving? Voor de afdeling charcuterie zoeken we een lijnverantwoordelijke inpak die de leiding neemt over een inpaklijn voor eetklare vleesproducten.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat de lijn efficiënt, veilig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen draait. In deze hygiënegevoelige omgeving zijn nauwkeurigheid en het strikt naleven van procedures essentieel.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Instellen, opstarten en opvolgen van de verpakkingslijn voor eetklare vleesproducten.
  • Correct openen en positioneren van verpakkingen in de machine.
  • Controleren van verpakkingen, etikettering en juiste aantallen.
  • Actief meewerken aan de lijn en hands-on ondersteuning bieden waar nodig.
  • Aansturen en motiveren van een team van 3 à 5 medewerkers.
  • Strikt toepassen en bewaken van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van technische of operationele afwijkingen.

Vereisten:

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een inpak- of productieomgeving.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en ervaring met het instellen van productielijnen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een sterke teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, ordelijk en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij het dragen van beschermende kledij en het werken volgens strikte hygiënevoorschriften.
