Als Inpakoperator Food speel jij een sleutelrol in het opstarten, instellen en bedienen van verpakkingsapparatuur en in het waarborgen van de productkwaliteit volgens HACCP- en ARBO-voorschriften. Je kunt rekenen op een salaris van €2600 tot €4000 bruto per maand en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die passen bij een productieomgeving met ploegendiensten. De locatie is goed bereikbaar en biedt een gestructureerde productieomgeving met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je krijgt begeleiding tijdens de inwerkperiodes en er is aandacht voor duurzame inzetbaarheid en vakontwikkeling. Veilig werken en het volgen van hygiëneprotocollen staan in deze productieomgeving hoog in het vaandel. Functie-inhoud - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inpakproces en de kwaliteitscontrole van afgewerkte producten. - Bedienen, opstarten, ombouwen en instellen van verpakkingsmachines, checkwegers, metaaldetectoren, labelmachines en dozensluiters. - Uitvoeren van visuele inspecties, steekproeven en handmatige verpakkingswerkzaamheden om productkwaliteit te waarborgen. - Signaleren, lokaliseren en zelfstandig verhelpen van mechanische storingen en vastzittende producten; inschakelen van de technische dienst bij complexere storingen. - Aansturen van inpakmedewerkers en toezien op naleving van HACCP- en ARBO-voorschriften tijdens ploegendiensten. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles, registreren van resultaten in digitale systemen en rapporteren van afwijkingen om productconsistentie te garanderen. - Werken met PLC-gestuurde semi-automatische verpakkingslijnen met HMI-bediening en meewerken aan kleine ombouwwerken en verbeterprojecten om downtime te verminderen. - MBO-niveau, bijvoorbeeld opleiding Voedingsoperator of vergelijkbare opleiding. - Ervaring of affiniteit met automatisering en handmatige verpakkingswerkzaamheden. - Technisch inzicht en vermogen om apparatuur te bedienen en ombouwwerkzaamheden uit te voeren. - Oplossingsgerichte instelling en ervaring met het signaleren en verhelpen van storingen. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Engels is een pré. - Bereidheid om te werken in ploegendienst en flexibel inzetbaar binnen 36 uur per week.
