Dit houdt concreet in:

  • De machine bedienen (dus dagelijks veel wisselingen kunnen doen op de machine dat wil concreet zeggen: wissels van artikelen, van folies, van instellingen), kortom: een hoge werksnelheid
  • De zakjes die ingepakt worden, in kisten leggen
  • Het is ook fysiek best belastend (veel heen en weer lopen en naar boven en beneden aan de machine)
  • Het gaat hem dus zeker niet om bandwerk, je moet goed gefocust blijven en meerdere dingen tegelijk kunnen
  • Een plus: iemand met wat technische ervaring/kennis

Ter info over de werkomgeving:

  • Het gaat om een productie waar veel machines tegelijk draaien, waardoor er wel wat geluid aanwezig kan zijn
  • Gezien we groenten versnijden en wassen gaat het om een koudere en vochtigere omgeving
  • Dit maakt uiteraard dat iemand die houdt van rustige, droge en warme omgevingen minder geschikt is om bij hun , hun draai te vinden

Belangrijk hierbij:

  • NL en/of Engels (vooral Engels is belangrijk om te kunnen communiceren met anderen in productie)
  • Goed kunnen rekenen, je werkt aan de hand van een productieplanning op papier die zegt wat er allemaal moet ingepakt worden
  • Bereidwilligheid is zeer belangrijk
  • Bij voorkeur iemand die houdt van drukte en dat het allemaal wat sneller mag gaan (iemand die moeilijk kan stilzitten)
  • Fysiek goed in orde (je moet regelmatig met de trap naar de bovenkant van de machine om te zien of alle groenten goed verdeeld zijn en goed in de zakjes terechtkomen)
  • Op zoek zijn naar stabiliteit
  • Startuur: 7u30, einduur is altijd afhankelijk van de drukte (16u30-17u00 of later)
  • Je werkt voltijds (of van maandag tot vrijdag of van maandag tot zaterdag met een vrije dag in de week) (meestal werk je op zaterdag om de week)
