Waarom we hier zijn

Tony's Chocolonely zet zich in om een einde te maken aan de uitbuiting de cacao-industrie en onze fabriek speelt hierin een cruciale rol. Hoe meer repen we produceren van onze ethisch cacaobonen, hoe groter de positieve impact in de wereld!

Nu zitten we in de spannende fase waarin we onze fabriek in Borsbeek uitbreiden. Als je bij ons komt werken, maak je deel uit van de productie van onze heerlijke kwaliteitschocolade die wereldwijd wordt verkocht!

Jouw job

Als inpakoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vlotte werking en het schoonmaakonderhoud van de inpakmachine om bij te dragen aan een hoge productiviteit. Je werk is een afwisseling van manueel werk, machine-bediening en kwaliteitscontroles. Jouw leidinggevende is de shiftleader en je maakt deel uit van het productie-team.

Takenpakket

  • Bediening en toevoer van de inpakmachine volgens correcte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen Onregelmatigheden signaleren aan collega inpakoperatoren, lijnoperatoren en shiftleader. Schoonmaak van de inpakmachine en de werkplaats. Manueel werk; inpakken, stickeren, stapelen, inclusies mengen, rework verwerken.

Wij zoeken een Tony die:

  • Je kan overzicht houden bij een snel bewegende inpakmachine. Je hecht veel belang aan orde, hygiëne en veiligheid en leeft onze procedures nauwkeurig na. Je werkt samen en communiceert goed met je teamgenoten aan de lijn. Je hebt basis technisch inzicht om kleine storingen te kunnen detecteren. Je bent opmerkzaam om onregelmatigheden te signaleren aan je collega’s, techniekers en shiftleader. Je gaat ergonomisch te werk en kan fysiek bukken en tillen. Productie-ervaring is wenselijk maar niet noodzakelijk, chocolade-productkennis is een troef. Je spreekt Nederlands, want aan een bewegende machine moeten je collega’s je onmiddellijk kunnen begrijpen. Ervaring met de normen van een voedsel-omgeving zijn een voordeel.
