Werk je graag met machines en zie je meteen wanneer een product niet aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoet? Kun je een productielijn ombouwen en nauwkeurig instellen? En wil je een job waarin techniek en fysiek werk elkaar afwisselen?

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bedient en stelt de verpakkingsmachines correct in.
  • Je bouwt de productielijn om wanneer een ander product wordt geproduceerd.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de verpakte producten en stuurt bij wanneer nodig.
  • Je lost kleine technische storingen op en voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit.
  • Je stelt de automatische stapelaar in en bedient deze.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens en volgt het verpakkingsproces op.
  • Je verplaatst zakken van ongeveer 15 tot 25 kg.
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende veiligheids en hygiënevoorschriften.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar een klein team samenwerkt rond het instellen van machines, kwaliteitscontrole en een vlotte verpakking van de producten. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen de tijd om de machines en werkwijze stap voor stap onder de knie te krijgen.

Je combineert technisch werk met praktische taken op de productievloer, waardoor je betrokken bent bij het volledige verpakkingsproces.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt interesse in machines en productieprocessen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Fysiek werk en het tillen van zakken tot 25 kg vormen geen probleem.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in een ploegenstelsel te werken.
