Als inpakverantwoordelijke bij een snoepjesfabriek vervul je een cruciale rol in het productieproces door de verpakkingsafdeling aan te sturen.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  1. Het aansturen en motiveren van een team inpakoperatoren op de werkvloer.
  2. Het toezicht op de kwaliteitsnormen en het uitsorteren van afwijkende producten.
  3. Het opereren van de verpakkings-en etiketteermachines.
  4. Het vlot organiseren van receptwissel en de pauzes van je team.
  5. Het oplossen van kleine technische storingen tijdens je shift.
  6. Je staat in voor de verwelkoming en opleiding van nieuwe inpakmedewerkers en volgt hun groei stipt op door positieve en opbouwende feedback te geven.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende of verantwoordelijke.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de voedingssector.
  • Je werkt nauwgezet en streeft goede kwaliteit na.
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en gaat anticiperend te werk.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je kan aangenaam feedback geven en begeleidt graag medewerkers.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen in een actieve omgeving.
  • Je beheerst technische kennis om vlot met een modern en geautomatiseerd machinepark te werken.
