Jouw rol als Inpakverantwoordelijke

Als inpakverantwoordelijke stuur je de verpakkingsafdeling aan en waak je over de kwaliteit om een hoogwaardig product aan de klant af te leveren. Je werkt nauw samen met de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke en de productieafdeling. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plantmanager.

Je taken omvatten onder andere het aanleren van alle taken van een inpakmedewerker, plannen van de inpakmedewerkers, aansturen van inpakkers, waarborgen van hygiëne en kwaliteit, implementeren van kwaliteitsnormen en bijdragen aan klachtenbehandeling.

• Het coördineren, motiveren en aansturen van het team inpakoperatoren op de werkvloer.

• Het bewaken van de kwaliteitsnormen en het uitsorteren van afwijkende producten.

• Het bedienen en instellen van de verpakkings- en etiketteermachines.

• Het vlot organiseren van productwissels en de pauzes van je team.

• Het oplossen van kleine technische storingen tijdens de shift.

• Je staat in voor het onthaal en de opleiding van nieuwe inpakmedewerkers en volgt hun ontwikkeling nauwgezet op door constructieve feedback te geven.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 jaar ervaring in een verantwoordelijke of leidinggevende functie
  • Je hebt ervaring in de voedingssector
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en gaat proactief te werk.
  • Je communiceert sterk en duidelijk in het Nederlands. Je voelt je comfortabel bij het geven van feedback en het begeleiden van medewerkers.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk, denkt in oplossingen en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht om vlot met een modern en geautomatiseerd machinepark te werken
